"Gray Market" Tipline

 

On October 5, 2011 Ranking Member Elijah Cummings announced an investigation into "drug speculation" by "gray market" drug companies that trade in drugs that are in critically short supply, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The drugs in question treat life threatening illnesses such as leukemia in children, breast cancer, and seizures. For more information, please click here.
